| A church bell cast by the Paul Revere
Foundry in 1819 is in the belfry of the First Parish
Church which faces one of the towns commons. In this same
common 100 minute men assembled on the morning of April
19th, 1775. The current population is about 8,700. The
core city of Boston with its international connections is
located about 35 miles to the southeast. |

Our school system is regionalized in
grades K-12 with our neighboring Town of Dunstable. The
world renowned private schools, Groton School and
Lawrence Academy, add a second educational dimension to
